A HISTORY OF THREE GENERATIONS.
OUR HISTORY
We are in 2002 in Sporminore, a small village in Val di Non. It is here that, thanks to the enthusiasm of the Formolo family and in particular of grandfather Tarcisio, "Agritur Sandro" was born. The restaurant offers its customers a traditional Trentino cuisine made up of a few, but simple dishes cooked with raw materials of their own production. In 2010 the restaurant was joined by "Agritur Sandro - Bed&Breakfast", and seven comfortable and spacious rooms furnished in typical Trentino style were created.
OUR WINERY
Intense ruby red colour with violet reflections; great harmony with hints of black and red fruits. On the palate it is balanced, fine, with sweet tannins, good acidity, savouriness and mineral notes that give it a progressive, long and persistent finish. It accompanies the best traditional Trentino dishes from our classic potato tortel to full-bodied red meats.
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections; the nose is extremely complex and varietal with hints of Mediterranean citrus and freshly picked fruit. In the mouth it is harmonious and has an excellent acidic structure with a pleasantly savoury and mineral sensation. Excellent as an aperitif, eclectic in the kitchen, ranging from cold dishes to the delicate first courses of Trentino tradition.
Very fine, silky perlage and creamy effervescence; straw-yellow, slightly golden colour with greenish reflections that immediately reveal a marked, jovial freshness; on the nose, persuasive mineral sensations and hints of pastry, flint and white flowers against a citrus background; excellent balance on the palate, high creaminess and great structure; savoury-salty finish accompanied by pleasant acidity.
TYPICAL PRODUCTS
We offer fresh and typical products of our territory, cultivated with love and wisdom by our family for several generations. We prepare them for you following the traditional Trentino processing methods. We recommend:
- From our vineyards we obtain one of the most renowned typical products of the Non Valley, the Rebo wine, which you can taste at our table.
- Several hectares of our fields are dedicated to them, Kennebech potatoes, from which we bring our Tortel to the table with a skilful processing.
- The undisputed queen of the Val di Non, the apple, known all over the world and cultivated with passion in our fields.
THE FARM
Directly from the field to your table. The farm that was founded has been in our history for many generations and offers fresh, organic and typical products of our territory. We strive daily to preserve the quality and seasonality of our products in order to always offer you the best. Not only fruit and vegetables - for some years now, we have been producing local sausages and salami on the farm using Grandpa Tarcisio's secret recipes! Come and visit us and rediscover the warmth and taste of Trentino tradition at the table.
